IDK Jeff... I own Cook in 3 leagues and I've just about had it. The cake was a week ago when he was a "full go" in practice and then "out" Sunday.

I actually hope they sit him out this week and give him the extra time to get right.

Both steelers and vikes will be in the thick of things next couple months, so they will be putting their best players out there to win. Cook's been at practices and meetings, so i just think he's got a better chance than Bell, who's been away from the team altogether.

either way, sucks for fantasy owners that have shares of either of them, as they were cornerstone draft picks

Yeah, trying to talk the guy who I drafted that 8 teamer for to try and trade Bell fer a QB and a decent RB or WR.............I mean he's rolling with Ryan almost every week but I think he could do better with a trade. That said, he was able to pick up Luck off the wire.................lol.

i have way more faith in Cook returning this year to a full workload (at some point) than Bell.
can't see any situation where PIT just puts Conner on the bench and gives all the touches to Bell, but definitely see one where Lat Murray goes back to 3-5 touches per week after Cook returns to full health.

IDK if either return to a full workload. I would guess neither does. If and when Bells return he’ll have fresh legs and once he signs, I think he’d be easier to find a reasonable deal for. I found one for him once the Steelers bye week got close. Cook....would anyone trust him to be healthy this season? IDK, I would be hesitant to believe that.

As somebody that owns Murray and Cook in two leagues, I would much rather Cook just sit out one more week and take that week and the bye week to get right. I don't want to see any of this 15-20 snap shit. If you're going to do that, then just let the guy sit out another week. Even though I still think Murray is a top 20 play this week with Cook playing, I think if Cook is out it makes him a top 10 play this week.

Agree with this 100%. As a guy that owns Murray in 3 leagues and Cook in none I guess I'm a bit biased. That said, if it was the other way around I'd be even more pissed if they trot Cook out there and he fucks himself up even more. Murray was cheap and lets be honest, we all knew the ride would prolly be short so that I'm cool with..............Cook OTOH was not cheap.............

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports A.J. Green (toe) is expected to miss at least "some games."

And that's in a best-case scenario. Green is consulting with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson to determine whether he needs surgery, which of course would knock out Green for more than "some games," and potentially threaten the rest of his season. The Bengals already lost Tyler Eifert (ankle) for the year, while John Ross (groin) has been unable to keep himself off the shelf.

How do the Bills not just cut Peterman in the middle of a play? I mean right then and there, cut his ass, confiscate his gear and boot him in the ass all the way down the tunnel to a taxi...that he pays for. Dear lord he's terrible

Looks like Boyd time .... and maybe Gio get more action if he is in fact out for a period of time. ....

We also cut Whitehead after the bogus ejection. I dont get that one. We are already short at Safety.

Got a weird feeling about this.
Something tells me Cook will be placed on IR soon.

I WAS 100% wrong here

IT’S NOT REALLY A BACKFIELD-BY-COMMITTEE IN NEW ORLEANS
Alvin Kamara out-touched Mark Ingram 23 to 10. Ingram is the change-of-pace back, while Kamara is the clear top dog. This was a competitive game throughout, so it’s possible that Ingram will see more work in games in which New Orleans is cruising with a healthy lead, but it’s critical to fantasy owners — especially DFS players — to realize that Kamara’s workload hasn’t changed with Ingram back. He’s still averaging over 20 touches per game over the last three contests.
