He's good for a fuck up or two, and also a dozen or so big plays. I guess they feel his upside more than makes up for his downside in comparison to the alternatives.

He has like 87 career TD's to 30 INT's at around 3K a year passing yards. Dude's obviously not a heisman candidate but I don't see heisman hopefuls at QB lining up to play for us.
