Irvin is constantly on something, probably alcoholic. Disregard everything he says.

Smith took offense last yr to Irvin clowning him for the suit he had on. Smith was ready to fight.

I hate Irvin but Smith needs to realize he is not on a football field anymore. In normal society, you don't just fight every dude you see. You end up in jail doing that.

All these ex players turned announcer/ analyst need to grow up. They are constantly trying to one up each other and one up current players. They usually wear ridiculous suits and load suits and come off looking like clowns. Irivin looks like he thinks he is a Diva in his 50's. They should both be embarrassed to get in an argument on live TV.

Smith has always had a chip on his shoulder. Probably needs to take some Prozac

I guess Smith had respectable numbers in Baltimore but it was still a blip on the radar of his career.

To me people that are constantly defensive are just really insecure. You can tell Smith really wanted a ring.

Why is Irvin still on NFLN? Everybody there who was accused of something during the 'me too' movement has been fired......yet this piece of shit is still around? That's on top of other accusations. It surely isn't because his football analysis is deeply insightful - the turd only talks about himself, receivers and the Cowboys.

Steve Smith? His football offers are on par with Irvin...and he's a punk on top of it. Hopefully soon, his tough-guy act triggers someone into kicking his ass good enough for a hospital stay. They're two of the more unwatchable, look-at-me assholes on that network.

I rather had Smith than Irvin on my team, guy carried teams.

Michael Irvin needs to just stick to the facts and stop giving out his opinions because they usually are stupid and ridiculous.

Please,

Smith has more All Pro first teams than Irvin, more receptions, yards, and TDs. That is a big ass blip on the radar. He carried those Panthers and Ravens teams, he was their offense.

No, I was talking about Smith’s tenure in Baltimore being a blip on his own career. His best season in Baltimore would’ve been his 7th or 8th best season in Carolina. So getting super defensive about his playing days with Flacco is silly.
