It's at Jerry World so it's basically a home game for TCU.

TCU is 1-4-1 vs Ohio State with their only win coming in 1957.

I'm thinking tOSU wins this 42-32 in that ballpark. I hope our defense performs better,but Robinson can run and is a big dude. Our defense needs to tackle and not miss the opportunities and slow the bigger plays. Oh and discipline. Cut down on the penalties.

Outside of the two busted run plays against Oregon State, the defense has looked pretty good. The hour-plus rain delay at halftime didn't help either defense that day, there were 4 TDs scored in the first 4 minutes of the second half.

Dont get me wrong . I'm not saying the D haa been awful but with the elite talent I'd expect elite D which I think we'd both agree it hasnt been so far

I think the first game, as it's been several times, was a bit of an aberration. They were missing their stud starting MLB and S. Outside of those two broken run plays, the defense gave up just over 200 yards, and then they dominated every aspect last week. I think they should be fine now.

Those TD’s were against 2nd and 3rd stringers as well, they do need time to mesh but it’s probably why they played their backups so early, wanted to get them time. Point is, we havent seen nearly the best from this defense we will see some of what they are really made of in this game.

Hard to judge when they put their backups in midway through the 2nd against Oregon St. The starters gave up a 50 yard pass across the middle, Ohio St scored 3 straight and made it 42-7. Their backups need work, havent seen the starters blow coverage other than that long pass and stupid penalties. We will see what the starters are made of in a real test this week, likely to play the entire game unless it’s a blowout
