Any success that team has on offense is because of Greg Olson who is an offensive guru and QB miracle worker. Naturally if the Raiders have success everyone will blow their load over Gruden who is one of the most overrated head coaches in NFL history.

He did call Russell Wilson being successful, I'll give him that.
