So what are actors that routinely star in comedies that you just aren't a fan of? Here's my list:

Will Ferrell: This guy is annoying as fuck all. He's so obnoxious and most of his bits aren't even funny. He's much better in a subtle role (Wedding Crashers, Old School, Zoolander) but whenever he stars in something I just find it unfunny. Anchorman, Talladega Nights, the ice skating one... I don't think I've ever watched any of them all the way through. I get bored so fast. I think he does serious roles pretty well though, the movie about him being an alcoholic and living on his lawn was really well done IMO.

Owen Wilson: Is... like watching paint dry. He's routinely held up by other actors and his tone is so bland and one dimensional. I get he's a good lookin' guy and women find his busted ass nose insatiable, but ugh. Marley and Me was somewhat tolerable. I did find him unintentionally hilarious in Anaconda. "You don't know shit, about the shit we're in." "Let's film Serone catching a giant snake!" LOL, shit was hilarious.

Vince Vaughn: I really do not get the hype around Vince Vaughn. It just sounds like some guy strung out on crack cocaine speaking really fast. No surprise I was NOT a huge fan of Wedding Crashers... Rachel McAdams, Christopher Walken, Isla Fisher, and Bradley Cooper held that movie together. Owen and Vaughn were just fucking annoying. "Motor boatin son of a bitch you old sailor you! Where is she, is she still in the house?" Okay, THAT got a genuine laugh from me. But all his other comedy movies are nearly as bland as Wilson.

I agree in some ways. All 3 have to be in a certain type of movie. Will Ferrell is the least able to veer into anything different.

On the female side:
Melissa McCarthy
Kate McKinnon

Fair.

As for females, I rarely watch female led comedies since they always over SJW/feminism it or have to constantly joke about women body functions... I thought Bridesmaids was good, though.

I agree on Ferrell, I find him incredibly unfunny.

I don't have much disdain for Wilson or Vaughn, but I never could get in to John Candy or Chris Farley. I don't have much use for Ben Stiller either.

Somewhat in agreement on Farley. Tommy Boy was hilarious and what he's known for (along with SNL) but most of his other movies were pretty mediocre. Black Sheep wasn't that great. Overall Farley is not bad though, gotta be in the right mood for it. His role and acting in Coneheads was pretty hilarious because he wasn't running around smashing into things and screaming, but Akroyd still led that movie. "I FIND YOU UNACCEPTABLE!" "YES, SIR." LOL

Ben Stiller I can stomach but I swear to God that guy has a bunch of teenage girls in a hole in his basement with 'lotion for the skin'. That guy is just TOO awkward.

Gotta disagree with you on Candy. Great Outdoors, Summer Rental, Planes/Trains/Autos, Uncle Buck... c'mon man! Those are classics!

I agree on Stiller, but not at all on Candy or Farley. They were hilarious. Candy the best for sure.

Matthew Perry - I just never saw what was so great about him. To me, it seemed like he always played the same neurotic character that was never funny to start with.

Candy was OK in Stripes, but Farley has never once hit my funny bone.

I will admit to not having watched much of their stuff since I find them so annoying.

Women are generally leaches... they just take everything that men have built and then want to flip it so all the attention is put on them. I for one am totally against pink breast cancer awareness... it's a MENS sport, and prostate cancer kills more than breast cancer, so why the fuck are we plastering that shit all over?

Ben Stiller, absolutely. His entire schtick seems to be to get into the most akward, cringe inducing situations possible, then assuming that is funny.
