Remember when Maryland dropped a 50 point bomb on Texas in Austin
Yep 2-7 in the B1G and 4-8 overallWasn't that Maryland team shit too? Like 4-8 or some Kansas level shit like that?
Well they had a guy named after over hyped cinnamon schnapps as the starting quarterback by year’s end.Wasn't that Maryland team shit too? Like 4-8 or some Kansas level shit like that?
Ah yes, Fireball McGee. Dude was a beast.Well they had a guy named after over hyped cinnamon schnapps as the starting quarterback by year’s end.
Why would any writer pen an article like that?
How could he come to the conclusions that he did.
I'll list them in his order and list the records of their OOC opponents
from last year.
Texas 17-21
WVU 19-17
Okla 27-13
TCU 26-12
Tx Tech 15-20
Kan St 21-13
Iowa St 26-15
Okla St 18-19
Baylor 17-20
Kansas 20-17
The writer either doesn't follow CFB real closely or he has a
vivid imagination
Definitely not our strongest OOC compared to the previous years, but not terrible by any means either.LOL at quoting records of midmajors that ran the “gauntlet” of their conference schedule.

Both teams would give Tennessee all they wanted. NC State is pretty underrated IMO though. Finley looks like a first rounder at this point.

UWVBarry Trammel likes to think "outside the lines". It's his thing. I think he's trying to talk more about how Texas and UWV have a better OOC schedule than most realize rather than saying OU's isn't good.
UWV
Jesus, there went any cred you ever had.
Take a lap son.

I'd rank those OOC schedules this way:
West Virginia
Texas
Oklahoma
Those teams combined are playing 6 former National Championship teams.
But honestly, we won't really know until some games get played.
