So, ND is the only team that has to play every game against a P5 team now? How about you shut the fuck up, because you have something named Samford on your schedule next year. lmao.

Never said ND has to play every game against a P5 team. I just remarked that all other P5 teams are
in a league and thus play a minimum of 8 league games against P5 teams and 1 OOC game against another P5
team.

I simply said for ND to compare their OOC schedule, a minimum of 8 P5 teams could not be included
I wrote that you should list all the non-P5 teams you play and any P5 teams that equal 4 OOC games
and I gave you your choice of which P5 teams to pick.

Then it would be apples to apples with the other schools.

Let's do it again.

2018

Navy, Western Mich (Add 2 P5 teams)

2019

Navy, New Mexico, Bowling Green (Add 1 P5 team)

2020

Navy, Ball St (Add 2 P5 teams)

It's a really simple process. It shouldn't take you more than 4 business days to complete
the task.

We do have 3 stiffs on the schedule for next year. Samford, although they were a FCS Playoff
team. Florida, who will play 2 FCS schools this year, in hopes of winning 5 games. And we
play at Notre Dame. Last time we played there we won 37-0. We're 6-2 overall vs ND. Only
5-2 overall vs Kansas. But are 9-2 overall vs Tampa and 8-2 overall vs Furman.

I must admit though that you have beaten us as much as Kansas, Tampa and Furman so perhaps
some props to ND are warranted.

I can only judge the schedule by facts.

HOLY SHIT. You still don't have your facts straight you fucking dumbass. Maybe I'll give you a response if you ever figure it, dumbfuck. Also, congrats on beating ND in 2003, when we fucking sucked. lmao

Notre Dame does't have to justify their schedule to anyone ... they usually play a pretty tough schedule ... I do wish they would join a conference, but that's me.

Yeah that seems to be the sentiment among most people about them joining a conference. If we ever did, I'm hopeful it will be the ACC. We just have a really good setup at the moment with our 5 ACC games, Stanford/USC/Navy, and then 4 other "OOC" games, I guess you could call them. This upcoming season those game are against Michigan, Ball State, Vanderbilt and Northwestern. It's a really diverse schedule.

Are you laughing because FSU will play 9 Bowl Teams in 2018 while ND only plays 8,
with your powerful Independent schedule?

No, I'm laughing because you still can't get your facts straight, and I've given you like 3 opportunities. Wouldn't expect anything less from a dumbass though.

Going to be hard filling those games with everyone else scheduling 15 years in the future.

Everyone is scared to play us, so they have scheduled way in the future to avoid us.
Well we weren’t the ones who turned tail and ran from a home and home.

I love how angry people get about ND not being in a conference. Who cares, if they found a sucker (ACC) to give them partial membership and can still benefit from their own NBC deal, I say do it.

In the meantime, however, I'll laugh if they wind up in the mix for the playoff but lacking the 13th game gets them jumped.

@ericd7633, why are you focusing on ND? If you're Minnie, go Gophers. It's the right thing to do.

It's the best partnership out there. We can still keep the games against Navy/USC/Stanford, we have a southeast footprint for recruiting purposes, and if we ever manage to finish with 1 loss, odds are good we get selected for the playoff.

Me thinks it'll be more about how good the 12 opponents were and how they fared than the 13th.

The BCS let ND in the playoff in 2012 without the 13th game. Why not the CFP?

CFP committee let OU in with only 12 games in '16. Bama got in this year with only 12 games.

Well ND was the only eligible unbeaten team in 2012, so that's why they got in, but I see your point. Unfortunately for them, they don't have the cache that Alabama or even Oklahoma has. 23 losses over the last 5 years means they're going to need those 12 teams to be really, really strong.

For them to get in, they need to win 11 or 12 and the five ACC teams need to be good the year they play them along with USC, Stanford and a couple more of their OOCs. If they draw shitty ACC teams or the USCs/Stanfords aren't good those years they are screwed. But hey, that stuff can happen to anyone. Schedule what looks like a good OOC opponent and they turn into shit the year you actually play them. That's why scheduling too far in advance is stupid IMHO.

I don't like seeing you get this upset with someone else, not OK.

Haskins and Dobbins are both going to be Heisman finalists this year, prove me wrong.

Haskins isn't even the best QB in his conference, dumbass!
