Is the MVP

You can argue otherwise, but you would be wrong.

Pretty sure @HurricaneDij39 would disagree and say it's easily Jeff Teague.

Never said Teague was a better player than Butler, but I will say this board's obsession with me has gotten to extreme levels. In fact, if anyone cared to revisit my player rankings from last August you'd see that I have Butler at #13 and Teague at #49.

My point that I was making about Teague was that he's the primary reason the Wolves share the ball as well as they do, and that Butler was an extreme iso-player his final three seasons in Chicago. He has toned in back with better teammates in Minnesota though...

It was a joke, bro. I don't actually believe you think Teague is better.

Enjoy it now. I'm sure his knees will fall apart come April from Thibs trying to find ways to play him 48 minutes a game.

Wolves keep pasting teams

Hasnt hit 40 min since 12/28.

Honestly it's hurting his MVP case. Coulda had a few triple doubles but we evoked the mercy rule recently.

No, it's that really good player on the Kings. Wait, we don't have any really good players.

He might finish top 5, but doesn't have a legit chance to actually win it. Even if he were deserving, he doesn't have enough hype to overcome the top candidates like LeBron, Harden and KD.

He's easily deserving

He owns LeBron
Harden is injured
Durant is injured and on a team that doesn't need him

WRONG

Love me some Jimmy Butler and would have loved to see him join my Lakers.

He definitely deserves consideration, but he ain't winning the MVP.

I'd love to be wrong on that though.

LOL. Ok.

If you are so sure, how about a bet?

You take Jimmy Butler, I take the field. Sound fair?

So sure about what?

That he's deserving?

Deal. I win.
