That's because it's more about Alex Smith. There probably isn't a more divisive QB in the league as far as how one person may view him compared to another. Shit he's even divisive amongst his own teams fans. I remember 30 page threads on Smith vs Kaep and KC fans seem pretty split on how they view him as well ( and that's with him doing nothing but win for them since he got there ). There are people here who would trade the number 4 pick AND another pick for him ( like me ) and people who wouldn't trade a 3rd round pick for him

As an FYI the 2012 KC Chiefs went 2-14 and we're -220 point differential . The -220 is actually 44 points WORSE than this years Browns . In 2013 ( after adding Smith ) that sake basic Chiefs team went 11-5

I don't love Fitzpatrick but you're plan is not awful. I personally would not pass on Barkley . I think he's going to be a guy wearing a good jacket someday

I've seen Barkley a few times...he's a difference maker, but is he Gurley like? You say the good (I took that to mean gold) jacket someday so obviously you think he is.

Fitzpatrick, yes I like him a lot. I think he can play FS or SS and some CB in a pinch. I could easily go with Bradley Chubb.

Say Rosen and NYG are hitting it off, and I could pry the NYG #2 pick by swapping...I would do that and take Chubb #2 overall, get my QB with #4, Then have 33, 34, and 35 to work with
Man has anyones' stock rose like Sony Mitchell?

Seems crazy right now, I still think Nick Chubb has the more NFL body in terms of holding up to the beatings

Well...Sony has been sort of the Robin role, but he's always had that burst that Chubb doesn't have and I think a lot more people saw it in the NCG...I like both, but in combination with Connor (coming off a MCL) I like the Michele/Connor pairing better if Bell bolts.

Going after Smith would be a really good option for them. He's a solid quarterback with playoff experience under his belt. You still would need to draft a QB though.

The problem for the Brownies is that Rosen, Darnold, Allen, and Mayfield have major question marks. Goff, Wentz, and Watson were safer bets. Rosen, I question his character and his ability to win big games. Darnold, ball security issues. Allen, consistency. Mayfield is Johnny Football 2.0.

Gordon hasn't been any good since 2013, Pryor doesn't even play for them. While Kizer was arguably the worst qb in football.

5 games, 18 catches, 336 yards, 18.6ypc, 1 TD, 67ypg.

Not any good since 2013? Care to revise that?

Nope not at all, like I said he had the potential to have a decent season, so his projection was 1,000 yards and 3 TDs, decent season. Nothing elite there!

Because every WR averages just under 19ypc?

:L

That is ELITE.

His one and only 100 yard receiving game against a team resting its starters and his one TD don't speak to elite, but his over inflated 18 yards a catch average speaks to elite. :L I guess elite WRs don't score TDs.

18.6ypc led the NFL.

I think Barkley is Adrian Petersen with the ability to catch the ball lol

You missed that epic comeback vs A & M, huh?

The game didn't happen in a bowl game or versus a top 25 according to Coach's poll/Committee/AP.

Nobody in their right mind would do that. Not for a QB that has a few years left before he starts to show signs of decline.
