I was all set to defend Zeke. The last incident was totally unproven and I don't know how that can be punishable. Next I read where a player, a grownup, should not be in a bar. WTF? I also heard that he was attacked by a drunk and again saw no problem with defending yourself if that was true.

But damned knocking a guy out after you already have history and talk of a suspension is already in the air? Now I agree he should get 2 just for being so stupid.

TMZ Sports reports a witness saw Ezekiel Elliott punch a man at a Dallas-area bar Sunday night.

A video shows the victim laying on the ground after the incident, but there is no video of the actual altercation. The victim suffered a broken nose. Despite a witness identifying Elliott as the assailant, police did not make any arrests because of a lack of information and the fact the witness appeared to be intoxicated. Police also did not speak with Elliott because he was gone by the time they arrived. No charges have been filed at this time.

I haven't responded to nor will I read all the posts but when I open the thread and the first thing I read is TMZ Sports Reports, a tinge of doubt crosses my mind.

Without passing judgement one way or another, it also appears the establishment caters to their clientele.

..It's too soon to say with any certainty what happened at Clutch, a bar on Cedar Springs where the Yelp reviewers tell you right away that the bouncers are just "itching for a fight..."

I hear you. But then there was Charles Barkley who got into these things constantly and after every one was investigated he was cleared. If a guy throws a drink on you or pushes you into a wall I guess he should know to be smart enough to walk away. But you really can't blame him for reacting. What if the guy grabbed his date's tits? The difference is I wait for all of the evidence to unfold and take shape before passing judgement because most early first assumptions are wrong. We need to get all of the facts before we pass judgement.

My wallet and mouth leading up to the SB said I was more confident in the Patriots than any Brady fan in this place.....Nothing to hide from...Choosing to stay away from the Brady celebration, as if no one else plays for the team, was a brilliant move on my part, everything move I make is typically brilliant, but even that decision stands out......Does it really matter, 6 months later, we are still celebrating the guy like no one else was on the field that day..........This doesnt apply to the 2 or 3 posters here that actually cheer for the entire team
