Sorry, I only know 1. I'm not a stats guy and honestly don't keep up with other teams/players, maybe with the exception of USC. With that said, Marcus Lattimore comes to mind as well. So there's two.

That's hard, I would agree with the Alexander and Spiller, and maybe one of the Auburn running backs...Cadillac maybe.

I'll go with AJ last year. I suppose that's a homer pick, but he did have the best QB rating in FBS or something like that, and only threw 3 INT's total in 13 games(at the time of the ceremony).

Aside from that, I think I'd probably have to look at some defensive players.

Chad Henne, he tops most the passing records at Michigan and had a stellar career. The only two black marks are the App State game and not beating Ohio State, however neither was his fault.

This thread needs to be retitled "Your teams players who did well but never got close to the Heisman for a reason and now you want to bring them up." Looks like only jerms is trying to be objective, though the Bammers talking about AJ at least make sense.

Just saying that you seem to be unaware of Spiller's achievements during his college career and that he met the qualifications set forth by the OP. Homerism or not, the kid was great.

I missed you talking about Spiller, he was a great player. In fact, I think he probably fits the mold of this thread as a kid who didn't really put up one group of stats in a huge way, but he affected the game in many different facets and he is a guy who defenses had to be constantly aware of. I'm talking about the mentions of guys like Shaun Alexander, Derrick Strait, or Gio Bernard. Those were good players but belong nowhere near this thread.
