catcher and infield help (preferably a 2nd baseman), maybe a reliever

Reliever and catcher are the obvious ones.

Nunez at 2B is good enough. I'd say a RH good defensive OF so JBJ doesn't have to play everyday.

I'll say adding Q to the front office so maybe...just maybe...they can get JBJ to start freaking bunting against the shift.

I don't think yall have the prospects to land Realmuto. Marlins asking price is ridiculous. They started off asking for Acuna as part of a package when the Braves asked. They asked for Juan Soto when the Nationals asked.

I never said I think they will, but they need too. They're not gonna last without pen help.

The Astros were so smart getting Verlander last year, the switch from the AL to the NL was huge......What a difference.....

The offense should be good to go. And when Cueto and Sammy get back, we should have a solid 3 with lots of options for the 4 and 5.

If the Giants don’t have enough as-is, they should be sellers instead.

I'd start that list with an owner that gives a :censored:.

Yeah, Jim is an idiot. He is so tone deaf to anything that he didn't even hear about the battle that Dave St. Peter (his right hand man) got into with Keith Olbermann a few years ago. Keith deservedly ripped the Twins for giving out a survey to fans which had only good options on it.

Spot on. I may prefer Happ over Hamels. If Archer comes back healthy soon he would be a nice pickup that would be more than a rental.

Archer is going to cost a lot in terms of prospects, but you guys definitely have the bullets to get it done.

Agreed. If the Braves are going to give up some good pieces, it would be nice to get more than a rental. Archer's still relatively young and is controllable at a very reasonable price. The cost Tampa may want may be prohibitive.
