Because the fans are more rabid. Dallas won't pull in a quarter million people. Chicago is a big.time football city and they pulled in 60,000 for the draft. Football is life in Philadelphia.

Dallas could pull that number. It wasn't just Eagles fans but fans from other cities flew in for draft weekend as well. What also helped was Philly had perfect weather for the 4 days. Any bad weather those numbers would have dropped.
