Remember 500, no trading between your teams.

We will not use a bench. You will draft...

I agree, unless everyone wants to do a $20 NBA draft but if not yes it's baseball and I like the idea of drafting more than the usual 24.

The problem is the bench in NBA and MLB gets over looked

Well, that is easily fixable especially in the NBA draft, we make it everyone plays 24 or whatever.

In baseball if we are gonna do a draft with more than 24 we can just draft lineup, rotation and pen???

EDIT... The main reason we draft the bench in baseball anyhow is to make the draft longer.

My idea except with no AL and NL. Not sure how we can do it with two different lineups and rotations unless we do two seperate playoffs...

How about you can only draft players who played on a AL team or NL team. So your first pick is a player who played his first game as a NL player then the rest of your team has to be the same way.

So... We draft two teams of 19 players. Then once we are done all the teams play each other, the only difference from any other draft is we draft two teams and when the playoff stars there will be twice as many teams.

So, say we have 8 people drafting, that would mean when we get to the playoff there are 16 teams and you would have the opportunity to have two teams play in the finals.

I havent thought about the setbacks with this idea yet.
