2nd half he was 3.63 and his WHIP actually went up from 1.415 to 1.433

I said August.....not the 2nd half. Two different things. Check out his numbers since he returned from his DL stint

Yeah, bit surprising as to why they'd bring him back, got to think they'd use some of that money they pay him to go after Price.

Obviously it's a lot of money for a relief pitcher but if I'm not mistaken his numbers in the first 4 innings or so last year were very solid and then he'd fall of a cliff and his numbers would skyrocket after that. Maybe a role in the pen throwing an inning or 2 here and there is the best way to extend his career. He's there for spot starts when you need him too.
