The reason I posted this because I thought it was pretty cool. The idea of getting/offering all three and getting them to commit is pretty cool. I wonder if that has been done before in any sport. I know we had the three Selmon brothers, but they weren't triplets nor arrived in the same class.

Edmond North's Dixon triplets commit to Oklahoma | News OK

Monday night the Dixon triplets — Andrew, Joel and Lance — each verbally committed to the Sooners, their mom told The Oklahoman.

The triplets from Edmond North turned down both Iowa and Oklahoma State, a school they have favored since they were 8 years old.

“They were going to go all three different ways because this has been the hardest decision they have ever come to,” Linda Dixon said. “It came down to they could stay together and they could go for free. That’s the choice and they’re staying close to home.”
