Would Stafford be the best left handed QB of all time?

This video for some reason is all backwards, so Stafford is slinging it left handed. That made me wonder if he would be the best left handed QB of all time. My first thought was that Stabler was the best all-time but then I remembered Steve Young...but is Stafford better than both of them?

He has a long way to go to surpass Young. We're talking HOF here. Stabler is a bit overrated. Boomer was a very good lefty too.
