People hold different races to different standards. When a particular group is jealous/angry with a particular culture/creed/nationality they clasp on to a decorum of being Politically Correct to lord over said culture/creed/nationality to maintain a sense of control or power when in reality they feel inferior.

So, to your point, a double standard exists in the world of being Politically Correct. That is why I gave up being Politically Correct as my New Years resolution. I say what I want - I may be joking and/or I may be serious. If someone get offended, I tell them to toughen up.
