The Browns even puts that unit to shame.

I bet if the Lions defense wasn't playing well we would be having deja vu of the Jon Kitna era of trying to outscore the Lions defense. Joh Kitna didn't do much to keep the adversary's defense honest either, he had concrete shoes too.

Hopefully we cut Jones and look for help via free agency.

We need to spend our high draft picks on D-lineman.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Martavis Bryant has requested a trade.

Per RapSheet, Bryant's "teammates and coaches are well aware that he’s unhappy." Bryant struggled in the first six weeks and has been losing snaps to rookie JuJu Smith-Schuster. Bryant simply isn't the player he was before missing all of 2016 due to a suspension. Nevertheless, he should draw trade interest with a sub-$1 million base salary and lots of theoretical talent.

Maybe we can trade Marvin and Ebron. Bryant has some size.

And yet, look at what Eli Manning did to the Broncos last night with his #1, #2 and #3 receivers all out.

You think a 3rd or 4th round pick is enough?

Due to injury IMO, if ARob was healthy and Westbrook coming back in a couple of weeks. That gives them some serious threats on the outside.

What?

He threw for 128 yards and 1 TD. Defense scored a TD and they ran for 150 yards which got them 3 FGs. Broncos just laid an egg. Eli did nothing special.

If he’s happy then Martavis is easily worth a 3rd round pick. This team desperately needs a big, fast target. He and Golladay would put TJ jones and Abracadabra on the bench where they belong.

Mitch Trubiski got his first win while completing TWO passes to Wide receivers.

Two, that's it.

Our running backs are a lesser group than our receivers, prolly.

Isn't Bryant already in the drug program?

Zero turnovers.

That's a game winner.

You can't put it all on WR's. We can't protect long enough for them to do any double moves, so DB's can play tight coverage and break on the ball. And our Line is bad enough that they can't protect but somehow can't runblock either. There's never a hole for our guys out there. Our RB's don't improve anything and never hit a cutback or show any patience. I had to listen to one game on the radio while driving my kids home, the announcer literally every call for Abdullah was "hand off to the left, Ameer Abdullah bounces it outside." "Handoff to the right, bounces it outside." "...bounces it outside." Etc. It worked in college but you can't try to bounce every run outside in the pros. And then there are TE's...

So no blocking, not much running game, every run going outside, TE's are either slow as balls or can't catch.

They talk about DE's loving third and long because they can just pin their ears back and rush the passer. They're off the hook for worrying about anything else. Well our offense basically lets the other teams coverage teams off the hook. We don't put any pressure on them, so they can do whatever they want. Which makes our WR's look worse than they are.

And our WR's don't need all that much help looking terrible, you guys are right about that.

On top of all this we have an OC calling short routes and bunching WRs close to the tackles. Easy to rush any of 8 guys with single coverage on WRs. The O-line cant tell who is going to rush so even a 5 man rush is likely to get to the QB easily.
