your doing the wrong programs then, or expecting IMMEDIATE results.......in 18 months i went from 235 and flabby to 168 and CUT........it works, and anyone, at any age can find a program that works for them......its finding that program that takes time, trial, error
I hate that program....in a good way.

The goal is to be stronger at 60 than 50..got one year to go and the joints ain't cooperating...need to get 20 lbs back on the bench.
I've been watching p90x while drinking beer on my couch and I don't understand why I'm not seeing any results.
If that was my dead, i wouldn't mind puking.

I did amazing things over 18 months too.
My advice is start today. At first the sacrifices were massive and the results were non-existent. Now the sacrifices are nothing and the reward is immense!
Example: I just went to Jos. A. Bank and bought 3 suits. 42L off the rack and the only thing they needed was the slacks hemmed! I'm a lean motherfucker now and it feels fucking AMAZING. I could go on and on.
Today I was on Reddit looking at before/after pics.
Check this dude out. Went from 220 to 160 and now he's ready to score some Grade-A tail like me!
my suggestion is to to stick the ego aside, go lighter weight at higher reps 12-15......and focus on your form for a month or so..........perfect your form, slowly add weight......
after 4 weeks, drop the reps by 2 a week till your at the 6-8 range per set....you'll be up some weight that way
Don't consume products containing sugar and limit starches in your diet and you will have a buff physique like me.
Fudge it just start using steroids. What do you have to lose now?
ehh i eat sugars not tons, and starches i eat tons of........and i look A oK, i do cardio as well as power lift though
Stay off the sugar to reduce body fat.
true, my BF is around 8% doesnt affect me much, i know it does others alot
