Is this the year he completely loses relevance?

He'll probably win like 4 of them actually....

They just won't be of any importance.

All of the "injuries" Tiger has are complete hogwash.

This is something I've come to learn over the years. The one real injury he had was the knee deal a few years back. But even during that time period he was actually playing good golf so he didn't really need to use it as an excuse. He actually played right through that injury for quite a while because he was playing good.

Nowadays, it's something different every week. Back hurts. Foot hurts. Wrist hurts. Migraine headaches.

But he always ends up winning some little guy tournaments.

Depends on his back. He probably would've won today if not for that. If he gets that straightened out he'll win a couple.

Tiger is my favorite golfer in the world......trust me, I have no reason to bash him.

But the fact is, he is ALWAYS injured.

So let's get real here. Nobody is hurt that much, especially in a sport like golf.

The guy has one of the most violent swing motions ever. His body eventually breaking down was predicted by many ever since he turned pro. He's aging and it's catching up with him. Golfers deal with injuries all the time and miss tournaments... wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, backs. It's just that when it's Tiger it's national news. Nick Watney WD today with a back injury. Who knew? Tiger is not my favorite golfer. I don't even like the guy. But I think this "Tiger is faking injuries" narrative is silly. If he's faking it why did he finish his round today ?

If he goes back to hookers and pron stars, starting this month, he probably wins all 4 Majors.

Doesn't matter if he wins or not. All he has to do is place and keep his tour ticket.

He still draws and gets paid.

He's been faking shit for a while now. Used to be a big Tiger fan, now I'm just sick of him. If his own wife can't trust him not to lie, how is anybody supposed to believe him when he goes Back Spasms > 66 > Back Spasms?

I'm glad you brought up Nick. That is what happens when you really have a back injury. You go to the range and realize you are in too much pain to play at all. Nick does not have the world most convenient back injury that "flares up" right after 2 bogeys.

"Always injured?"

This year and part of last year yes but not for his career.

How is Tiger's neck these days? ...you know the injury he said make him walk off the course in the 2010 Players Championship.

I still believe he will win the British Open this year. The course is tailor-made for him and he won there before.

Whatever. People are going to believe whatever they want to believe. He needed a 70 to get into a playoff with Reed who was just looking for a reason to gag... bumping it down 18 then still can't get it within 30' from 90 yards out. Top 5 in the world my ass.

Right ...nothing proves that a golfer sucks more then when they win a tournament.
