Why do some teams suck??

They have GMs who do all of the player personnel work and don't include the coaches. They draft the players that they like and the coach has to figure out how to use them. Or the GM may include the coaches but has the final say and will draft a player in spite of the fact that coach doesn't think he's what the team needs. Bill Parcells said it best......"If you want me to cook dinner, let me buy the groceries."

Another reason.....Some coaches just can't coach at the NFL level.Their offenses or defenses are just too easy to figure out and beat. Players can follow and do what's required but the opposition can read and react easier also.

Some teams just can never get enough good players together at the same time to to be successful.
