A good pitch that he gets screwed for due to the limitations of the umpire.

How is that good?

Also humans are sometimes either corrupt and/or blind. The Miami vs Atl playoff game where Hernandez was allowed to consistently lob the ball a full ft off the plate comes to mind.
Get it right, fuck tradition.

Not really true:

"The Strike Zone shall be determined from the batter's stance as the batter is prepared to swing at a pitched ball."

A player's strike zone is measured prior to his first at bat and the proper adjustments are measured up to the point the ball crosses the plate.

The actual application of that isn't as literal as the wording sounds. "Prepared to swing" means actually beginning a swing, not just standing in the batters' box.

The way it's measured is at the exact point the ball crosses the plate, no guessing to it.

I've seen balls and strikes calls demonstrated using the technology vs humans, there is no comparison at all. The strike zone of a player is already factored in before he comes to bat, it's almost fool proof.
Humans suck, we're obsolete.
This brings up another question...

Are the 3 Rules appropriately installed in this tech? No way we can go with Robo-umps before the 3 rules are in (and this includes the Zeroth Law, BTW)

Then it's a good pitch.

Sorry, don't think there's anything that would change my mind.
Yes, it is a good pitch, but the umpire might still call it a ball because they are fooled.

And alright, if you are set in your ways I'm not going to attempt to change your mind.

What the hell, if they kill us we probably deserve it.
