I've got this article from back in August that says we're 16, right behind Miami (although our revenue is higher):

Interesting. But the more intriguing question might be who spends the most on bourbon during gamedays?

I enjoy these lists but don't take much stock in them. Every school accounts differently. Title IX encouraged the designation of "mixed use facilities." Many schools merge academic space into athletic space to indirectly get state funding for facilities.

There is also significant differences in short term expenses. TCU immediately jumps out to me as a program that has infused short term money into the program with their stadium renovations. UVa has been a surprise on these types of lists before due to one time facility construction and upgrades.
