If you want to count wins over Texas A&M, Missouri and Arkansas when they were in the same conference as Texas, sure.

Georgia is 15-5 against the Big 12.

Texas is the only team with a winning record over them, unless you count West Virginia being 1-0 against Georgia from a game when they were part of the Big East.
