It has to be Vick, but Flowers is definitely climbing. I expect a big year from Ryan Williams if he's healed, and Wilson will bring positive publicity if that's a factor (it is for recruiting).

There's a very real chance LT3 could be our guy by the time he's done, especially if we get two more seasons from him.

1b. Michael Vick - Most athletic and took VT from a regional name to a national one

Those two should be 1-2 regardless of how you choose #1. The rest of those below also had outstanding VT careers and probably have multiple ways of ordering them.
