Xanders stays as GM. Only guys like Gruden (Jon) and Cowher would insist on having a say in personnel. I don't think either are targets of ours.

The entire coaching staff is out. Whoever is the new coach will determine if any of them should be hired back.

Lewand can go as well. I think he sucks ass at cap mgmt but makes up for it by excelling at drunk driving.

Because his first draft being here, Mini-Millen had the best draft and off season of his career.
