I didn't read the link. I clicked on it but it wouldn't work for me.

I assumed it had to do with income/tv contracts/whatever.

I love how the PAC12 is arranged with 5 pairs of natural rivals and 2 teams trying to become rivals, but they have a flaw in how far
they all are from each other. It's worst than the ACC.

Plus those schools all play 24/30 different sports. They've got to
have one helluva travel expense problem.

I think they should get the educational chip off their shoulder and
expand the league to 16 teams where they could have 2 distinct
divisions of 8 apiece, and schedule those teams more often. That
would cut down their travel costs.

I don't know what 4 they would go after to get the teams closer
together.

Maybe have Boise and Wyoming and Colorado State go into the
north with Colorado also moving to the North with the 2 Wash
schools and 2 Oregon Schools.

The South would just have to add San Diego State, with Utah,
the 4 Calif schools and 2 Arizona schools.

I remember that game. It was hilarious they did actual interviews with the car drivers after the race which ran about 20 minutes late. Damnit imma look up that thread now.

I think USC,Oregon,Washington,the Arizona twins and unfortunately prob Colorado will be Big12 members in the near future.
SC would make a killing with our tier 3 setup. Much better than the PACn
