mine in no order:
  • Clint Capela (for his comments on GS and for being a good young double-double threat)
  • Khris Middleton (because I practically scouted him as a little-known rookie in Detroit)
  • Otto Porter (for being a stabilizing wing presence that does everything well, a player I covet for either the Pacers or the Nuggets)
  • Donovan Mitchell (for proving you don't have to tank in order to acquire top-tier talent in the draft)
  • LeBron James (simply because he's LeBron)

1. Rubio - I got sick pleasure watching him kill my team earlier this week. Screw Thibs
2. Anthony Davis
3. Robert Covington
4. Marc Gasol - This pick is based on previous years. Watching him this year makes me a little sad
5. Dejounte Murray

I will be honest, I see a lot of the Jazz since I live here and could put Mitchell and Ingles on the list as well. Ben Simmons is a lot of fun to watch too, he is a just missed for me

1. Malcolm Brogdon- favorite player from my alma mater
2. Steph Curry- love seeing guys succeed because of their skills, not just straight athleticism
3. Anthony Davis- guy does everything
4. Ben simmons- love watching guys who can control a game without shooting a lot
5. Tristan Thompson- single handedly carried the Cavs to 3 straight Finals

1. Westbrook - He's my favorite player to watch because he's ridiculously talented, is tough as nails and never quits coming at you. Interestingly, as much as I love watching him play, I don't want to watch him play for the Lakers.

2. Lebron - I don't particularly like the guy. But damn can he play basketball. He reminds me of Magic, if Magic had speed and could jump.

3. Kawhi - Love his all-around game and how quiet he is. I hope that whatever is going on between him and the Spurs gets sorted out because I think he's the perfect star player for them. If they don't...I'd love to see him in a Lakers uni.

4. PG-13 - Things haven't gone as well in OKC as they could have, but imo, he's the 2nd best 2-way player in the league after Kawhi (3rd best when Lebron decides to play defense).

5. Pau - Shut the hell up. I've been a Pau Gasol fanboy since before he joined the Lakers and I still like watching him play.

Honorable Mention - Kyrie, Dame, Greek Freak, Steph (when he gets hot from 3 he's ridiculous).

1) Dame Lillard. Dude is easily one of the most exciting players to watch in the NBA. When he goes off, he's right up there with the best to have ever done it. He's finally starting to get his due, but Dame's been legit since day 1.

2) Joel Embiid. Hakeem is my favorite center ever, and Joel shows me flashes of that. Not saying the two are on the same level, but Embiid seems to do something at least once a game that makes you say "how did he do that?". I'm really hoping he can stay healthy, because I believe if he does, he could easily be the best center of this era.

3) AD. What's not to love about him. 6'11" PF/C with guard skills. Amazing skill set and setting a course to be one of the best who ever did it at his position. He's revolutionizing the position. Can't wait to see him in that Warriors uniform. :suds:

4) Kyrie Irving. He's an absolute wizard with the ball in his hands. I had to appreciate from afar the last few years because he was on the Cavs, but even still you had to appreciated what he did. He's probably the best rim finisher I've ever seen. His handle is impeccable. Truly special talent.

5) Patrick Beverly. I just love watching him get after it. He's an absolute dog. He's got that tenacity that I see missing in 99% of the NBA today. He's also improved every year on his game and he's not just a defensive specialist anymore. Sucks that he missed pretty much the entire year this year, but can't wait to watch him get back on the court. Just watching how hard he plays and how he doesn't take shit from anyone makes my respect levels for him go up through the roof.

he did have a double double in two straight Finals and played excellent defense in those first two Finals!!! The third one he got lost on the way to the arena apparently.

I have been one of the few TT supporters, but he has been absolutely brutal this year.
