Seeing the NFL draft and losing other starting players through graduation, which team:s: will be most affected? Michigan and Alabama might have the most players drafted, but they also have the top recruiting classes as well.

Utah got hit pretty hard. They had 8 guys drafted.

Even with the high draft class I would still say Michigan. They lost a lot of upperclassmen.

Well
Some players will need to work on their technique some.

TA&M lost a lot on defense and will be breaking in a new QB.

PAC?

Colorado lost a lot of talent to their defense and their DC jumped to Oregon when Uncle Phil wrote him a check with a lot of 0s.

Colorado got out of the cellar this year in impressive fashion, and while I don't see them going back to it now, they'll probably be a 6 or 7 win team in 2017, and not a real threat for PAC south champs.

Utah lost a lot as well. I think those are the two programs that feel it the most in the PAC. USC would have to have an injury apocalypse to not easily win the PAC south this year. It's basically been gifted wrapped for them looking at the state of that div.

That's true every year.

It'll hurt losing Garrett but he has been injured most of last year not very effective. The backfield looks much better in Chiefs third year.

The QB should be about the same. TK was ok but not great.

They lost 3 games this year with a lot of talent. 8-4 in the regular season is a very likely possibility.

(1) Jim Harbaugh's recruits are starting to filter in, I think they will be affected more than Alabama (see 2).

(2) Alabama never seems to be affected by anything ... they just keep rolling along.

But to his point, Michigan also has high-end talent to replace the lost players. And if you noticed, none of those OL got drafted....which adds to my point that I think our line might actually improve with their loss.

All and all, I think teams like Utah or Miami will have a harder time recovering from their draft losses.

I just don't see Harbaugh every going 8-4 at Michigan, there's just too much talent at this point. This isn't a Brady Hoke or Rich Rod Michigan team.

I think Michigan will be affected, but only on the defensive side of the ball and mostly the linebackers and secondary. I think the offense will be better for Michigan(which will be no small task, as I thought they were top 25 caliber last year). Speight should theoretically be better(I thought he was simply above average), the RB position will be more dynamic and diverse IMO, and the O-line wasn't all that good last year, so there might be improvement in that position, even if it's younger players. And Chessu and Darboh are replaceable IMO.

I think Florida will be hit pretty hard defensively. I was stunned to see Utah have that many guys drafted. My guess is they'll be affected simply because they don't recruit at a high level. UNC and Cal on offense, Texas A&M on defense.

If there were ever a year to do it, it might be next year(vs. FL, at PSU, at Wisconsin, vs. OSU). But that would require Michigan to lose every toss up game, which I doubt they'll do. I think they'll beat Florida, and the other games are later in the year, should be better by the time those games roll around.

Probably right, I was more thinking to teams competing at a high level last year for the CFP. With their defensive losses, I think it will be tough for Michigan to be there this coming season.

I don't expect to be 15-0 this year, but I wouldn't rule out a run at the B10.

They should comfortably be in the Top 25 but if you made me predict i would say 3rd in the east behind Ohio State and Penn State. Penn State should be very good this year. Glad Ohio State has them in the Shoe
