When will camps ever open?

Is anyone else just going nuts waiting for the camps to open and the season to start?

Enough hearing about how players may or may not be competing for a spot...let's get the camp open and see them compete. I am so sorry but the wait is making me batty.

Really can't wait to see how Hextall breaks the logjam on the blue line.
How the newcomers settle in under Hakstol's system.
Will Streit be moved? Will Provorov make the team out of the camp?
How are Giroux and Ghost's rehabs going?
Will Sam Morin take another step forward?

As a team will they open hot?
How will Mason and Neuvirth play?

Yeah...getting more and more anxious every day.

Amen to that.

First preseason game is 9/26.. last year they opened camp 3 days before so that would be 9/23 this season.. too longgggggg

I'd sooner see them start sooner and end sooner hockey should be done in May not June. I can't wait either but the NFL is taking some of the edge off right now....
