He's been on the wagon for years. He literally drinks 30 diet cokes per day. His issue is that he's an angry prick. Verbally abusive and kicks basketballs and hucks unopened cokes against walls.

His first few years at CSU were successful using Tim Miles' players. Now, recruiting at the school has tanked. I've got to believe that's due in large part to his reputation.

With all the horrible stuff going on in college athletics this story is hilarious. Coach fired for yelling at players and throwing things (not at people). Oh no.... first time Colorado state has sucked in awhile. Wonder how this would be handled if they were in conference title contention.

I would say there is more to this than what is currently public knowledge. Also, fair or not I would say his past is playing part in this as well. This is not his first rodeo
