Iowa - would have to be the Penn State road game.

Wisconsin - Road game against Penn St or Michigan.

As a side note, Penn State has a favorable schedule this year. Road games... Rutgers, Illinois, Pitt, Indiana, and Michigan. They get Ohio State, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan State all at home.

Getting UW and Stanford at home hasnt mattered lately so its likely still one of those more so than Utah on the road. If anything at Arizona will be a more challenging road game.
