quite easy really…
mizithra cheese…grate a bunch to your taste
fresh garlic…mince amount to your taste, i like a ton
thin spaghetti pasta… boil in water to al dente
unsalted real butter…brown the butter w/ the minced galic till the butter begins to bubble, stir constantly and look for the butter to turn a light brown, it's done.
when the brown butter is ready, toss in the spaghetti to bring the dish to temp, plate the spag w/ the brown butter and toss in the mizithra cheese.
IT'S WHATS FER DINNER!
Now that's what I'm talking about.
This might be on the menu tonight.
Have you ever made Scott Conant's Spaghetti with tomato and basil??? If you make it right, OMG!!!(prob even of you make it wrong lol)
