This. It’s easy to sit here and judge teams at this stage of the season. You think they should all be playing at the exact same level they were when the season ended over a month ago. All of these kids did have finals to take and the Holidays to deal with. Getting back into game shape isn’t always a sure thing, and it showed big time in a few bowls this year. That being said, I make no excuse for my team. They took an ass whooping from a very good team and a very well coached one at that. Hopefully we will learn from our crushing defeat and use it as motivation in the offseason.
