Only in his own mind. His post and mid range game were awesome, and his d was great when he tried, especially team d from off the ball.
He fell in love with his 3 and it hurt the rest of his offense and his rebounding. Why would you want to open up the middle for the offensively challenged Ben Wallace to operate?

I would still say no as he wasn't that great a shooter from 3, plus both he and Shaw were very good passers to work the interior to mid range together - even in tight quarters.

Shaw backing down drawing a double and passing to Sheed on the off side or midrange would be money.
