Seems Texas is becoming the new Georgia under Richt.
Being Georgia under Richt would be a step up for the rusty cows. They haven't even been that good in a long time.

If choking away a game is “Clempsoning” is choking away a season “Donghorning”?

You have to get in a position to choke. They haven't even been good enough to set themselves up to choke!

I remember, maybe 7 or 8 years ago, whoren fans talking about how they will always be great and a top program in college football. Mostly because they are "Texas."
Their demise has been quite enjoyable to watch.

When our conference gets as soft as the Pac 12 maybe we will.
The SEC & ACC play the least amount of regular season P5 opponents year in and year out. That's what cornbread, beans, sweet tea and pulled pork does to a people ... it makes 'em scurred like.

In 2016 when you got embarrassed in the CFP Washington played 10 P5 opponents in the regular season before the conference championship games.

That same season Clemson played 10 P5 opponents in the regular season before the conference championship game.

Your point is moot.

The ACC and SEC play the least amount of regular season P5 teams on average year in and year out. There's a reason those two 14 member conferences avoid playing their own conference members.
