....and you want to fix something that's not broken.
That is a fucking stupid way to go through life.
I never said I wanted to do this.

If there was any sort of reseeding needed it should just be that division champs aren't guaranteed a top 4 seed or a home playoff game. There's been many instances where the 4th-seed is a worse team than the 5th seed but still gets to play them at home.
That's happened an awful lot and interestingly the 4 seed has often won those games (colts-chargers 2008, seahawks-saints 2010, steelers-broncos 2011) in very close fashion that makes you think they would have been shellacked on the road. Does show the league is a little closer together in skill than we sometimes think.

I will say it has contributed some memorable upsets and crazy moments but at the same time you have to ask, in 2008 for instance, what the hell are the 8-8 chargers doing in the playoffs anyway when there's a 11-5 pats team on the outside looking in that year.

Been saying this for years, but whiny bitches all over these boards try to debunk it.

Tell me about it. It never fails. There's always one monkey spanker (usually more) who says, "If you win your division you deserve a home game. If you wanna host win your division." Dumb asses.

Happens to the best of us. Shame on me since I do believe we had this same conversation last seadon, started by the same crying Giants fan.

Exactly. Because 7-9 or 8-8 deserves a home game. There is no argument for it. With that kind of record, making the playoffs is reward enough. You can give the tie breaker to the division winner, etc. However, if you want a home game, win more games than the wild card teams.
