What Bowls do you consider Legit Bowls?

It still pisses me off that the Alamo Bowl took the #2 pac spot ahead of the Holiday Bowl. The Holiday Bowl is (should be) the better Bowl.

Yeah but the alamo bowl is way better, #2 PAC vs #2 big 12

• If one of the teams playing in the game The Ohio State Buckeyes
  • Yes then the bowl is legit.
  • Else then the bowl sucks eggs.

2. Salad bowl (not as popular as the cereal bowl, but makes me feel good to see)
3. Soup bowl (overrated, except when chili is in it)

Because getting to a bowl shouldn't be akin to your kids getting a participation trophy and that's pretty much what it's become.

Just reaching .500 didn't used to be good enough. Winning 8 wasn't a guarantee and they played less games. It was a reward for the best of the best. A chance for their fans to celebrate a well above average season.

Now, go play 3 pieces of shit in your OOC and find a way to go 3-6 in conference and that's good enough to deserve a fucking reward? And don't even start with the conferences that have only 8 conference games that really only have to go 2-6 in conference.

It's a total joke.

I think you should have to not only be above .500 overall, but above .500 IN CONFERENCE. Get that weak ass shit out of here.

I always onsidered the Cotton bowl a big one until my Wisconsin ended up slaughtering Western Mihigan in it. What the heck is podunk Western Michigan doing playing a real team there for?

The 40 games we currently have, and those that only want to watch the major bowls are free to do so.

Is somebody making you watch the New Mexico Bowl? If not, then what's the big deal? Don't watch it and let those that enjoy as much college football as possible watch and try to do it without bitching about something that really shouldn't bother anyone.
