I think my sister said her hubby bought some IPA's for Christmas......if so, I shall take pics and post them.

I'm more interested in the prime rib dinner.....bringing my tupperware like I did at Thanksgiving. Ate good stuff doe 4 days afterward.

Maine Brewing has been distributing here more lately. Good beers. Still haven't had Heady, but I've had a couple other Alchemists beers.

They're pretty rare around here, but I see their stuff every few months or so. When they do make it around here, they're usually about a week old. Fresher than most of the NJ stuff I see in stores.

The bar I go to had a keg of Lunch a couple months ago. That's the only time I've seen Maine of draft. I've seen a few other bottles on the shelf...A Tiny Beautiful Something, Mean Old Tom, Mo, and (I think-only because it's not on my Untapped) Zoe.

I love Zoe. I had it on tap a while back and I've bought several bottles.

Just finished a Jailbreak Brewing White Russian.

It's a cream ale with a some coffee flavoring.

It's not one of those beers that you can drink a ton of, but it is really nice for a change of pace.

When it comes out, there will be a few bars around town that advertise it on tap. During their last release, I noticed a bottle on the shelf at the bar, and started talking to the bartender about it (slow night). A dude sitting a few seats down was intrigued, so he bought a bottle, and split it between him, the bartender, and me. I think it's about $9 at the store, so it was probably an $18 bottle of beer that night.

never really cared for 120, it's just too boozy for my liking. I think 90 is better and that's not even getting into affordability.

    Bourbon and water.

I have never tried this combination before. I always just drink everything straight- maybe a chaser of water on the first couple sips, but that's it. In fact, I haven't drunk a "mixed" drink since I was 14 and thought mixing Smirnoff and Diet Pepsi was something that people (anyone?) did....

Still, I got a handle of Wild Turkey 101 yesterday. I got drunk drinking it straight last night, but today I didn't want to get as drunk. I've just been adding a splash of water, and it actually tastes pretty good. It probably would taste better if I wasn't forced to use hotel tap water....
