thank you for explaining that to me.
You're welcome, ma'am.
'Tis the season, and whatnot.
I had the unfortunate experience of drinking a Blue Moon Pumpkin Harvest. I had a Doghfish Head IPA that was ok and an Urban Chestnut Oktoberfest which was also only ok
Went back to my Rye IPA staples
Blue Moon is so-so. I don't know if I have ever had anything other than the original one, mostly because a mediocre hefe isn't going to get me excited about mediocre hefes with spices.
I do find it interesting that Bud and the like have basically given up on making "crafty" beers like Blue Moon and Third Shift, and have switched to just buying up micros that are willing to sell.
FF is kinda meh, though their Exit Series is good.
I liked Jersey Juice and FU Sandy. Most of the other stuff is so-so, true.
The Red Fish in Cuervo barrels was good.

a couple of the beers I had over the weekend
Chilling in the fridge. If you ever get a chance to try this one from WeldWerks in Greeley, CO, you won't be disappointed. Nothing bad comes out of this small brewery, but this one is tops.
Board Meeting is one of my favorites.
Also been drinking Hot Toddy (with a little Knob Creek) because I'm sick.
Tonight's treat for trick or treat.
Barley John's Little Barley Session Ale
Had these earlier:
