Our defense and special teams played fantastically. They did everything you could ask for.

Our offense....needs work. A lot of work.

we're 3-1 now. If we can finish 8-4....I'll still be happy. But I am getting quite tired of 5+ loss seasons and always losing to UGA. That's what got our last coach fired....

On our schedule, I do NOT see 4 more wins at this time.

We lose to Miami, Clemson, UGA.

We never play well in Charlottsville, so I do not expect a W at UVA.

I see no reason at this time to think we will beat BYU judging how that absolutely killed us last year.

Cuse, Pitt, and Alabama A&M I think we can win. Cuse and Pitt mostly because they don't have the experience facing us before.

We're staring at a 6 win season. If it goes down like I said, but we manage to take UVA and BYU, we can go postseason.

Doesn't only 1 FCS win count towards bowl eligibility?

I still think we can do 8-4. At the start of the season, I sort of assumed that we would lose to UGA, Clemson, VT, and Miami. (Maybe sneaking 1 win in out of all 4 of those teams).

I think we can win the other games in our schedule.

Given UGA's injury issues, they may be the team we can sneak in a victory against.

We've lost to VT and Miami. We're clearly not among the elite of the ACC. But our next game against BYU will be a good measure of how the rest of the season will go.

The Syracuse game went better than expected. Also, given UGA's state of affairs, I think they are now definitely beatable. I don't root for injuries, ever...but if they happen we need to take advantage of it.

Next up Virginia. They are currently 2-5. We "should" beat them. If we do, that would put us at 5-3, and somewhat back on track.

A loss would be....not good.

A bit late of an update, but yay we did beat UVA, even if it was an ugly ugly win.

We're 5-3 now. We've got games against Pittsburgh, Clemson, Alabama A&M, and UGA.

I still have hopes of finishing the regular season 8-4.

And for a very brief moment, we are now sitting atop the ACC Coastal division. We still need to beat Clemson and some help, but we could still go to the ACC championship game.
