After playing a poor offensive team in Northwestern, which should have improved the stats, the stats became worse.

I think his D can work. Seniors and RS Juniors on this team have gone from BOP's system to an extreme change with Banker to another extreme change this season. It seemed like Banker was let go more for his comments after the Iowa game more than anything else. Even if it was a football, making the switch that they did made no sense. Either Riley severely misjudged how long it would take to implement or he was promised 2 more years. Bottom line is this D is probably much better if Banker is still here or if they brought in a guy with a similar scheme.

Riley and Eichorst fucked this up and will both be unemployed. Rightly so.
