Honestly, I used to get really upset when we were embarrassed on National TV. But over time, I have started to get immune to these type of shenanigans. I just shake my head and move on...

I will agree with this. We always have a WTF! game, so like you said, just have a beer and move on. It may take an hour or so to let my adreneline/nerves calm back down, but all you can say is that we played like crap and [insert team] didn't and they just kicked our ass.

I'm afraid Beamer has the same philosophy.
