Everyone heading for the exits. If I were McVay, I would file an official complaint with the league against this ref crew. There is a number of occasions of blatant video evidence to show this ref crew giving this game to the Redskins.

Seattle wins today. Arizona wins today. So we are tied with Seattle and Arizona for the lead in the NFL west. SF is 0-2 as we play them this Thursday in SF. We owe them big time for that fiasco last year but we shall see.

Goff's first big mistake. Never looked anywhere else.

He was doing that most of the game. Reminds me a lot of an old Redskins QB Jason Campbell where he telegraphed the guy he was throwing to as soon as he snapped the ball.

Piss poor effort by the defense, stupid penalties by Woods on the drive to tie it.

It wasn't as much the secondary that was the issue, it was the run defense early that put us in a hole that we were constantly trying to climb out of. If we could've contained the running game, I definitely would've taken my chances with Cousins throwing it because I don't think he's all that impressive.

That Woods one when we were in the red zone I think was the biggest one of them all. We had all the momentum and that ended up stalling the drive and had to settle for a field goal instead of what could've been a likely touchdown.

A learning experience for Goff, his pocket was clean and he didn't assess the situation like he should have....

This has always been the question mark for me with Goff. Does he have that gamer in him to do what he should do to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. I saw that with Wentz in college, but now Wentz is struggling a bit too.

One thing about Mannion, he has shown that gamer attitude. He may not be as accurate, and he certainly wasn't as high a pick, but neither was Wilson for the Seahags.

I still look back at the 2016 draft and wonder what if, had we stuck with No 15, kept our first rounder in the last draft and went with Sean at QB. We could have still drafted a QB in a later round, as I recall, Dak Prescott was there for a few rounds.

Then I think, well maybe Sean could have gone 7-9 and the Fisher bullshit could still be the narrative, with McVay possibly in San Fran.... So there's the silver lining, I do think McVay/Phillips > Fisher/Williams.

Defensively Wade made the adjustments in the second half. As for the penalties, too many question marks for me to lay it on McVay and company.

I'm not sure I agree with this take ALR. The spread indicated we were dogs on a neutral field.

Plus, we only won 4 games last year, starting with a new system (Which caused us problems today) and the Skins have had some stability and a solid QB in a system now for 3 years.

I'd give the edge to the Skins regarding the team who should win, considering all the givens.

I expect we grow as the season progresses and we win games like this barring injuries....

Give 'em time to adjust, the Skins have a potent offense designed to confuse defenses, considering this is only the second game, and first that was tightly contested, I'd say give it time.

Then again, getting a Phillips LB to fit he scheme next year might be the missing ingredient to make his system click. I'm in the wait and see mode for now.

This one of those games the Rams could have easily won but they are a young team and this is the result. I hope we annihilate the Whiners on Thursday and then have ten days to heal up for the Caboys.
