Week 17 against the Pokes

The defense has looked a bit tired in recent weeks - I'd give the majority of the starters on that side of the ball some rest. Let them recovery properly and get them flying around in the playoffs like they did earlier in the year.

You have to start your offense and treat it like a 2nd or 3rd preseason game. 1 half with the starting O. We need to get more reps in this offense with Foles as the man under center. Let's see if we can put together some good offensive drives and put some points on the board, and then send in Nate Sudfeld and the backups. I wouldn't mind seeing Sudfeld with the 1's for a drive or two

I'd like to see Sudfeld for at least a half in this game, more like three quarters, and yes maybe one drive or two with the starters.

I'm in the minority, but I'm playing Foles and most of the offense the whole game. They need live bullet reps. Maybe sit Lane/Ertz in the second half, but play everyone else regular snaps. Jeffery and Foles especially need to have a bunch of targets.

The defense's rest is going to be restricted to the 46 active roster, but Jenkins, McLeod, Bradham, Cox, and Long should get few, if any, snaps. Other regulars should be rested as much as possible. I'd try to give Robinson rest too as he's our oldest CB.

I'm not in the least bit worried about getting Nate Sudfeld reps ... ain't no amount of reps in this game going to get him ready for playoff football. If we have to rely on Sudfeld at any point in these playoffs we're pretty much dead in the water. Our primary objective needs to be to get Foles as ready as humanly possible ... however many quarters it takes on Sunday.

Can't sit Lane without risking Foles. But I agree, you gotta play the starting O until you feel like there is some chemistry, then pull everybody you can.

mills would be even worse if he was called more for his constant holding and pushoffs.

foles needs to play at least a half, but it's also important to get sudfeld some action to see what he can do in a real game. in the postseason.. foles can go down for a couple series, or maybe towards the end like wentz did. whatever the case, it would be nice to see what sudfeld is capable of so they know how to possibly attack. or even if foles is just painfully brutal in a game, but we're still in it.. you never know.

Foles for opening series or maybe 10 plays then sit him. Anything else is too risky imo. If Foles gets hurt by the cowboys in this meaningless game we are done. Foles was fine against the giants and rams. Play good D in the playoffs and let Foles do his thing.

So they are reportedly resting Ajayi, Graham, Barnett, Bradham and a few others.

Dallas has a number of guys out too including Cole Beasley and David Irving.

I think we are going to see a lot of Blount and Clement today.

Foles just doesn't look good. I know his receiver fell on that last play, but why not go deep there? He had one on one coverage to Hollins deep. He simply does not see the field as well or as fast as Wentz.
