Old age creeps up quickly. I read a story recently about the cardinals drafts not being good in recent years which also hurts

That was a major problem with the Saints during their recent struggles. They started having better drafts starting last year and obviously this year they did amazing.

Oh I know that's what Reid does but considering KC just lost 6 out of 7 games before these last few weeks perhaps resting your starters is 100% a stupid and idiotic move to make. Of course I don't trust anything Andy Reid related when the word playoffs is involved.
They are also 9-6, and have the 4 seed. No ands, ifs, or buts; and playing pretty well.

Ya they're playing pretty well now, 6 weeks ago everyone was worried they were gonna choke away the division and miss the playoffs. You don't rest a team like that and risk it when they're so inconsistent.

But if you do rest them and flame out in the playoffs again maybe it'll be time to take a long look at Andy Reid and debate whether you'll ever win the SB with him. He's a good regular season coach but come playoff time he looks more and more like John Fox, Marty Shottenheimer, Herm Edwards, etc every single year.

Everyone? Dude, I was laughing at everyone picking the Chargers and I had good reason too.

Do you know what KC was before Reid came there? A 2-14 team. They have won a playoff game under him. KC is not about to squander away something that they have going for them.

And Denver canned John Fox despite winning the division every year he was our HC and we even went to a SB under him. He was 46-18 as a HC in Denver and yet we still fired him. Some coaches choke in the playoffs no matter what team they're coaching, Andy Reid is proving to be one of those coaches.

And that drive has been stopped by Morelli. It is clear Atlanta has to beat the Saints and the Morelli crew today.

What about two weeks ago when we had to deal with officiating?

As for Reid... he's going to get at least 3 years with Mahomes. His schemes and coaching have NOT been the reason the Chiefs have lost playoff games under his watch. It's a fun meme, but watching the games that's a hard sell to me.

Also- he was just extended for Christ's sake, any talk of firing him (unlike Fox who was Trash and was trash regular season or otherwise) is lunacy and just outsiders trying to be provocateurs.

I didn't say fire him I just said maybe start to realize you'll never succeed with Reid(I really didn't mean for that to rhyme). And as shitty as John Fox is in the regular season(Reid kills him in victories) Fox has a better playoff record than Reid and has been to 2 SB's to Reid's 1.

Denver had a guy named Peyton Manning. You haven't made the playoffs since him. It is not easy for another coach to come in with a QB like Alex Smith and Mahomes may be good but he may not be elite. KC does not have the best track record with finding coaches.

I don't seem to be very impressed with the idea of Fox having a better roll in the playoffs than Reid, period. Bottom line is Reid is a much better coach- hasn't had the same success in the playoffs. Sometimes that can be it.

Dan Marino doesn't have any rings either...

STFU.

They were 2-14 before Reid went there.

Fox has never had to build a team from the ground up either......like Reid has done in Philly and KC.

Sorry Sherman but that's loser talk there.

You're a team with Super Bowl aspirations and you might not even make the playoffs so of course fans should be disappointed as well everyone in your organization should be as well. You're well past the days of patting yourself on the back for just a winning season.
