Well, the writing was on the wall for both Buffalo and No
Ill.

Buffalo last week became the first Buffalo team to win 9 games
in a season. They were horribly flat, expecially after their first drive
of the game. Ohio put it to them.

No Ill won its Division the night before when W Mich lost in
OT to Ball State. That game ended with a failed 2-pt conversion.
Ball St was elated and so was No Ill and all their emotion
was taken out of them. Then Miami's punting game kept them
with poor field position the entire second half.

Then figure in that Miami, which is now #2 in the MAC East
still must win next week to become bowl eligible.

Miami played defense last night.
