I shared this on the Giants board, but for some reason didn't do it here. On July 3rd, I had a chance to catch Posey's HR ball, and I missed it. It went right through my hands. See the video below. I'm the guy sitting on the aisle that touches it first.

Busy Monday!!

Nats call up 22-year old RHP Abel de los Santos from AA. We got him in the Detwiler trade (speaking of which, he was recently DFA'd by Texas and now with the Barves.) Blake Treinen sent down to AAA. Werth was transferred to 60-day DL to make room for Abel on the 40-man roster. Though Werth can still come back as soon as he's ready since he's already spent 60 days on the DL.

Dude's got a 4.72 ERA since returning from the DL on June 18 (6 starts.) Nats have lost 5 of those 6 games.

Strassy back Saturday. Fister goes to the 'pen, Joe Ross stays in rotation.

Hard to argue against it. Ross has been much better. I think we'll see Fister back in the rotation in September tho.
